Job Description:

Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Drive commercial growth by promoting emergency logistics solutions across North America
  • Manage full sales cycle including lead generation, prospecting, solution development, and contract negotiation
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new accounts while expanding existing customer relationships
  • Align regional sales strategies with global directives and spanet insights
  • Collaborate with internal and international teams on account planning, proposals, and spaneting initiatives
  • Represent time:matters at industry events, trade shows, and during regular customer visits
  • Monitor performance, manage budgets, and maintain accurate forecasts in CRM
  • Contribute to product and service improvements based on customer and spanet feedback

Requirements

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree desirable
  • 2+ years in logistics sales or freight forwarding for Life Sciences
  • 5+ years in enterprise sales with six-figure deal success
  • Fluent in English
  • German and Spanish language skills desirable
  • Strong knowledge of transport supply chains and logistics processes
  • Airfreight, US cargo, and international customs knowledge desirable
  • Skilled in cargo and airfreight sales management
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication, customer orientation, and professionalism
  • Must have U.S. work permit and valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel and complete assessment screening
