YOUR ROLE AS:
Cabin Crew members are the face of AirAsia and are responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests while delivering an exceptional in-flight experience. As an Allstar, you will uphold the highest standards of safety and service, be a liaison between guests and flight crew, and carry out responsibilities with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Ensure the safety and security of guests onboard in accordance with all regulatory and company policies.
Execute all safety-related procedures and emergency drills as outlined in the Safety Emergency Procedures (SEP) Manual.
Maintain thorough knowledge of emergency protocols and perform them with precision when required.
Ensure that all galley equipment and stores are securely stowed, and conduct pre-flight inspections of cabin areas.
Deliver clear and comprehensive passenger safety briefings in compliance with operating procedures.
Maintain exceptional public conduct and represent the AirAsia brand both in and out of uniform.
Report any safety hazards or irregularities directly to the Pilot in Command.
Provide outstanding customer service and foster a memorable guest experience the Allstar way.
Ensure all customs, immigration, and health requirements are adhered to.
Accurately complete required reports and documentation (e.g., Cabin Defects Log, incident reports).
Promote the AirAsia brand image through exceptional service and behavior.
WHO YOU ARE:
You have a passion for people, travel, and creating memorable experiences.
You are confident, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure.
You embody the Allstar spirit—energetic, driven, and adventurous.
Prior flying experience is welcomed but not essential.
Complexion must be clear with no apparent blemishes/scars, no visible tattoos in uniform
Teeth must be clear with no braces, visible damages/decay and crookedness
Weight and height must be symmetrical and within BMI considerations
Technical Skills:
Comprehensive understanding of in-flight safety and emergency procedures.
Ability to perform pre- and post-flight equipment and safety checks.
Basic report writing and documentation skills for flight and incident records.
Adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
Soft Skills & Competencies:
High attention to detail and situational awareness.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Resilient, adaptable, and capable of working in dynamic and time-sensitive environments.
