An opportunity for a HR Generalist has arisen within Airbus Operations, Madrid (Getafe).
RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a motivated and versatile candidate to support HRBPs and Talent Aquisition Partners in their daily activities and projects, with the following activities :- Support HR Administrative Processes in close link with HRBPs- Accompany On Boarding & Off Boarding activities- Analyse HR Data & create HR metrics & reports to follow up Team & HR Performance- Accompany the team project leaders in the deployment of theirs activities- Keep up to date documentation and contribute to the standardisation of communications.SKILLS
