Your Role You define, validate and support manufacturing processes to meet HSE, quality, cost and delivery targets, with a strong focus on people, innovation and continuous improvement.Missions : -Define and ensure compliant manufacturing processes -Create and validate industrial documentation: SOPs, work instructions, control points, routes, BOMs, tooling requests, layouts- Ensure process design meets QCD targets-Provide technical support to internal and external suppliers-Lead industrial validation activities and manage risks through PFMEA and SPC-Drive improvement and lean projects, ensure ERP updates- Participate in audits, rate readiness, capital investment reviews and structured problem solving (8D, DMAIC)-Identify/escalate safety risks and contribute to UAP routines

Job Requirements:
