Summary:
Work in a collaborative environment to develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, fabrication, and material handling.
This entry-level role focuses on integrating advanced technologies (automation, robotics, CAM software, etc.) to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance product quality.
Creating and analyzing 3D model-based environments to optimize manufacturing processes and digital work instructions
Defining operations procedures and build sequences using knowledge of materials and automated processes
Evaluating equipment and tool performance (including IoT devices) and initiating corrective actions as needed
Leveraging factory data to implement statistical process control and data analytics solutions
Providing design input to enhance manufacturability and equipment utilization
Requirements:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Entry-level position; ideal for candidates beginning their career in manufacturing or industrial engineering
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
