We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to be part of our Social Media Team as a Senior Media and Operations Officer in Doha
In this role, you will play a significant part in managing the media strategy in all Social Media channels, producing and actively implementing media plans, analyzing data, optimizing campaigns, liaising with platform owners, producing briefs for media buyers and being fully responsible for the health of our social channels digital media distribution.
Additionally, it includes responsibilities for budget, Purchase Orders (PO), and contract management, as well as operations support for the social media team in general.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Prepare an insightful, relevant, and engaging content draft for a digital campaign as per set standards.
- Collaborate in planning, media buying, and forecasting digital media campaigns to boost QRs awareness, reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Build strong understanding of media trends, new methods of brand engagement on social media and other digital platforms.
- Identify opportunities for campaign space buying and liaise with media clients to secure the best rates for QR Digital Media plans, Ensure the effective execution of QR digital media campaigns and activities to reach target audiences through social media platforms.
- Deliver clear performance reports to ensure digital campaigns meet spaneting KPIs
- Partner with Brand Marketing, Creative Services and external agencies to develop compelling content and finalize high-impact digital media plans for management approval.
- Research and explore industry trends, and recommend modern digital ideas to Senior Management for consideration in order to strengthen brand positioning in the spanet and enable QR to deliver compelling creative products on digital platforms.
- Implement the approved digital media campaign, adhere to the corporate brand digital and creative guidelines across all digital media activities, and seek necessary approvals from Marketing Senior Management.
- Collaborate closely with research teams to support digital spanet research and gather insights on the customer behavior and media habits, enabling data-driven spaneting strategies.
- Manage different platforms such as Google Ads-Buy Ads and Meta to effectively execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns
