Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lease Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will manage and administer leases for ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast) assets, ensuring compliance with lease terms and maintaining strong relationships with landlords. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in landlord relationship management.
Essential Functions:
- Manage and administer leases for ADS-B assets, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and amendments with landlords to ensure favorable terms for the company.
- Ensure compliance with all lease agreements and relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless lease administration.
- Monitor lease expirations and coordinate renewals or terminations as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease records and documentation.
- Resolve any lease-related issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide regular reports on lease status, upcoming expirations, monthly payment status and other relevant metrics to management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of lease administration policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

- Extensive experience in landlord relationship management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in lease management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Public Trust Clearance if required
- Professional certification in lease administration or real estate management.
- Experience with ADS-B technology and related assets.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $75,000-139,00. For California, Seattle, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $86,500- $160,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
