Responsibilities
- Provides guidance, support, and oversight for all service delivery.
- Ensures services are delivered on time.
- Responsible for maintaining a budget.
- Responsible for ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
Qualifications
- Top Secret with SCI eligibility Security Clearance required.
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a preference for a major in Information Technology.
- Must have 5+ years’ experience supervising large IT Service contracts.
- Must have 9+ years’ experience in an IT related field.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or Information Technology (IT).
- Possesses Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Possesses Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) v3 or later certification.
