• The Manager, Training Program Development is a leader within the Tech Ops Division.
• This role will manager a team of instructional design professionals who create learning content, courses and tools for the enterprise.
• This manager will advocate for team resources, develop budgets and operations trade-offs, manage complex projects and tackle difficult conversations.

• Navigate the application of instructional design principles to enhance learning experiences for our team members.
• Integrate deep understanding of innovative learning theories with business acumen and project management to deliver effective learning tools and content.
• Ensure learning applications and objectives are planned to fit performance expectations and skills are developed effectively with positive, timely return on investment.
• Effectively ensure reliability in the development and application of learning content development.
• Interact with multiple levels of leadership within the business, Finance, and others to identify and address needs, resource requirements and project plans.
• Manages project tasks across multiple business groups, utilizing external partners as needed to ensure learning goals are aligned
• Lead a team of instructional design professionals

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Business Administration Instructional Design or equivalent training/experience.
• 5+ years of Adult Learning theory and related learning concepts, project management and design methodology or relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Prior experience in Instructional / Learning Systems Design and/or Learning Design Project Management

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• A&P Certification Preferred
