JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager, People Solutions & Recruitment to lead our HR business partnering and recruitment efforts at Santan. This dual-role position plays a critical part in aligning people strategies with business objectives while managing full-cycle recruitment to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will be both a trusted advisor to business leaders and a hands-on talent acquisition expert.
YOUR ROLE AS A:
Manager, People Solutions & Recruitment
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
HR Business Partnering (HRBP):
Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support.
Lead organizational development initiatives and support change management efforts.
Support performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and workforce planning.
Advise on HR policy, employee relations, and compliance issues.
Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve employee experience and retention.
Attend to people matters as required.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles across departments, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and refine job requirements.
Optimize the recruitment process for speed, quality, and candidate experience.
Manage relationships with external recruiters, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partnering or recruitment-focused role.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and talent acquisition strategies.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Experience with HRIS and Recruitment Platforms.
