YOUR ROLE AS A: Manager, Inflight Product
Are you a creative visionary with a passion for innovation? As a Product Manager for Inflight Service, youll be the driving force behind developing exciting new products and packaging that delight our guests and boost our brand. Youll blend R&D with business development, constantly seeking fresh ideas and technologies to keep our inflight offerings ahead of the curve.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Product & Packaging Development: Lead the planning, execution, and launch of new inflight products and packaging from concept to completion.
Innovation & Growth: Constantly explore new caterers and technologies to expand our product portfolio and meet evolving guest demands.
Strategic Execution: Support the day-to-day execution of the business plan, ensuring products meet company, regulatory, and food safety standards.
Performance Review: Conduct thorough performance reviews of launched products to ensure continuous improvement and success.
Brand & Customer Advocacy: Actively strengthen the AirAsia brand image and foster strong customer loyalty through exceptional product offerings.
Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate on spaneting and training initiatives to ensure successful product roll-outs.
Revenue & Profitability: Contribute to the revenue and profitability of both our restaurant and airline businesses through strategic product development.
WHO YOU ARE:
Education: You hold a Bachelors Degree or higher in Business Administration (especially with a focus on Product Management or Marketing), Hospitality Management, Food Science, or a closely related field.
Experience: You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in product development, spaneting, or business development. Minimum 1-2 years of airline/FMCG/Wholesale experience is a significant plus.
Innovative Thinker: Youre a creative mind constantly exploring new ideas and solutions.
Results-Oriented: You have a proven ability to execute plans and drive projects to completion.
Collaborative Spirit: You enjoy working with various teams to achieve shared goals.
Adaptable: You thrive in a dynamic environment, always seeking to improve and grow.
Communicator: You have a good command of spoken and written English and Thai, with strong computer literacy."
