Tasks

Your main responsibilities will involve:

Involvement in the recruitment process: assisting with the selection and support of our applicants
Supporting pre-onboarding and onboarding processes: helping to organise and run orientation days for new trainees
Organisational and administrative support during recruitment, onboarding and training
Exciting projects aimed at further developing technical training

Requirements

At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of your degree
Enrolment for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrolment and, in the case of a mandatory internship, written confirmation of the mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between your bachelor’s and master’s degrees (gap year)
Interest in human resources management, training or communication
Organisational skills, team spirit and a passion for working with people
Independent, reliable and structured approach to work
Fluency in German and English
Proficiency in MS Office (particularly PowerPoint)
