Job Description:

Tasks

Prepares, releases & develops quality-related documentation incl. local adaptations & strategic communication with management
Promotes quality awareness & communicates quality principles across the company
Leads Quality Committee, aligning quality strategy, standards & cross-functional initiatives
Plans & evaluates internal audits; ensures exchange with quality institutions; recommends improvements
Implements & maintains DIN ISO 9001-2015 across tm group
Guides planning & implementation of quality policy & objectives
Main contact for customer audits; ensures readiness, transparency & timely resolution
Reviews & develops QM system continuously
Coordinates, consults & trains managers and staff on all QM matters

Requirements

Successfully completed studies in economics, quality management, or a comparable field
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
Confident use of Microsoft Office
German language skills are an advantage
Severely disabled applicants will be given preference in case of equal qualification
