YOUR ROLE AS AN ASSISTANT MANAGER, PEOPLE OPERATIONS (Benefit and Welfare)
This role is to improve and manage company benefit plans, including health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and other employee perks. You will be a key person to assist in the development, communication, and enforcement of benefits and welfare policies in order to address the staff and company’s requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or relevant field.
At least 7 years relevant and practical experiences in HR Management , Benefit and Welfare , Project Management in a dynamic working environment
Strong knowledge and skills in Benefits, Welfare and Thai Labor Law if possible
Problem-solving and decision-making skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
Good interpersonal skills, active and possess a high level of initiative, analytical skills, and high attention to detail
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good command of both written and oral English.
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity using Excel, Google Suite
Able to work well under pressure and can work at Don Mueang International Airport
