Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experiencedAircraft Structures Technicianto join our team in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining the structural components of various aircraft. This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician looking for long-term stability and the potential to transition into a direct hire position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural repairs and modifications on aircraft in accordance with technical data and FAA regulations.
- Conduct inspections to identify structural issues and ensure airworthiness.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft structural maintenance.
- Helicopter experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong understanding of aircraft structural systems and repair techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:
Work is primarily conducted in an aircraft hangar setting with standard safety protocols in place.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.00/hr.
