Description
- Conduct receiving, work in progress, and final inspections
- Incoming inspections on aircraft transferred to discrepancy log and then moved to the work order
- APU and Engine run quality checks
- Shelf life, work documentation, and toolbox audits
- Develop procedures based off the project they are working on
- Developing a check list for procedures
- Trending analysis for FOD audits
- Work with technicians hand in hand to help them along and guide them to a resolution
- Work with all tooling necessary
- Aircraft weight and balance testing
- Assist technicians with write ups for inspections
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Inspection
- Gen Fam 737 training - NG series required (we will need to get their certs if possible)
- 145 station required
- AS 9110 and/or 9100 required, 9120 distribution nice to have
- Perform corrective action reports based off a finding that Gayle gives them
- Chief inspector experience is ideal
- Ability to read Avionics, Structures and Engineering drawings
- Ability to taxi preferred
- Military (KC 135) experience strongly preferred
- Ability to get a Secret Clearance
- Maybe Yankee White later down the line
- Knowledge in STCs and Conformity inspections
- Experience working in the SAS portal
Shift
- Currently working 56 hour weeks. 5/10s and 6 on Saturdays
- Currently targeting 1st shift, but could have 2nd shift needs depending on project requirements

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00/hr.
