Position Summary

Responsible for managing all Maintenance department team and ensuring the availability, reliability and maintainability of all assets trough of HSE policies to reach zero incidents. Following and creation of maintenance procedures for PdM, PM and CBM to reach all business goals applying best practices of SMRP and ensuring Availability and Reliability on all assets. Is responsible for defining the annual maintenance budget and managing spare parts warehouse. Lead High Performance Team of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Maintenance policies and strategies for creation and implementation.

• Lead Taxonomy implementation based on ISO14224 for 100 of assets.

• Develop of Criticality analysis to define ABC classification.

• Manage and define CMMS to develop strategies for planning, programming and execution.

• Creation and improvement of Maintenance plan based on CBM, PM and PdM.

• Work management for all maintenance activities including third-party support

• Implementation of reliability strategies according of SMRP such as RCM, FMEA, etc.

• Spare part-consumable management and define critical spare part list per asset.

• Six sigma / Kaizen and Continuous improvement projects.

• Lead for Root Cause Analysis reactive and proactive to improve operations performance.

• Develop layer audits to ensure proper functioning of existing systems.

• Follow Best Practice of SMRP and create procedures according with the Body of Knowledge.

• Fulfillment of Maintenance KPIs: MTTR, MTBF, Availability and PdM/PM compliance and effectiveness.

• Budget maintenance control.

• Develop of Ability matrix for maintenance department and ensuring follow-up for member growth.

• New equipment introduction related to design defining, commissioning and start-up.

• Ensure Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) use.

• Responsible for Automation support and projects.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related

• A minimum of 6 years or relevant experience in maintenance and reliability management

• Excellent problem-solving abilities (Root Cause Analysis) and a solid understanding

• Proficiency in maintenance management software (CMMS or EAM) 

• PdM technical knowledge such as Vibration and Thermography analysis.

• 1 year of more for relevant experience in RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance)

• International quality standards ISO 9001

• Knowledge in ISO 14001

• Knowledge in Core tools

• LOTO training

• Business conversational English proficiency

• 6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing CNC Machining (Gears Manufacturing) and Assembly Lines.
