Skybridge Aviation is seeking experienced F-16 Crew Chiefs to support fighter aircraft maintenance operations in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is responsible for overall aircraft condition, inspections, servicing, and maintenance to ensure aircraft are safe, fully operational, and mission-ready.

The company will cover the cost for qualified candidates to obtain their FAA A&P license if they do not currently have one. No personal tools are required to start.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on F-16 aircraft
• Conduct pre-flight, thru-flight, and post-flight inspections
• Launch and recover aircraft, ensuring safe and efficient flightline operations
• Troubleshoot aircraft discrepancies across mechanical, hydraulic, fuel, and basic electrical systems
• Inspect aircraft structures, landing gear, flight controls, and related components
• Service aircraft systems including oil, fuel, hydraulic fluids, and oxygen systems
• Identify and document discrepancies; perform corrective actions as required
• Utilize technical orders, maintenance manuals, and schematics to complete tasks accurately
• Coordinate with avionics, E&E, and specialist teams for system-specific repairs
• Operate and maintain ground support equipment (AGE)
• Ensure compliance with safety, FOD prevention, and maintenance procedures
• Assist with aircraft towing, marshaling, and flightline operations
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and forms
• Support additional maintenance requirements as needed to ensure aircraft readiness

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience as an F-16 Crew Chief required
• Minimum experience: Level 7 or equivalent F-16 aircraft maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of flightline operations and aircraft systems
• High School Diploma or GED required
• FAA A&P License preferred but not required
• Candidates without an A&P must be willing to obtain certification within 180 days of hire (company paid)

Work Environment and Requirements:

• Must be eligible for U.S. Government security clearance
• Work performed in a military aviation maintenance environment
• Domestic and international travel may be required
