A&P Technician Opening - Milwaukee, WIJob Description
Join our team as an Aviation Technician, specializing in performing comprehensive C Checks on CRJ 200 aircraft. The meticulous inspection process, conducted within our heated hangar, can take between one to four weeks to complete per aircraft. This role involves extensive panel removal and thorough inspection of the entire aircraft, with technicians primarily working on their feet.
Responsibilities
- Perform C Checks on CRJ 200 aircraft.
- Conduct detailed inspections of aircraft components.
- Remove panels and conduct comprehensive inspections.
- Work collaboratively within a team inside a heated hangar.
Essential Skills- Possession of a valid A&P License.
- Prefer some on aircraft experience
- CRJ experience will be given preference.
- Experience as an Aircraft Technician.
- Proficiency in aircraft maintenance and repair.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Previous experience with CRJ aircraft is a plus.
- Possession of basic tools; a detailed tool list will be provided.

Work Environment
Work in a clean and heated hangar in Milwaukee, a vibrant city close to Chicago yet very affordable. The position offers competitive hourly pay and per diem for eligible candidates, with shifts from 3:00 pm to 1:00 am. Employment is on a contract-to-hire basis, with potential to transition to a direct hire position. Flexibility regarding shift assignments is based on seniority.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $44.00/hr.
