Join our team responding to Aircraft-on-Ground situations—performing troubleshooting, inspections, repairs, and scheduled maintenance on corporate aircraft at Scottsdale, Arizona location. Work in hangar, on ramp and remote environments during AOG rotations to ensure safe, timely return to service.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical discrepancies on customer aircraft
- Perform scheduled and AOG maintenance in accordance with FAA-approved manuals and company standards.
- Operate ground support equipment and travel to off-site locations.
- Maintain accurate logbooks, RTS forms, and complete documentation of all tasks.
- Communicate clearly with maintenance control, clients, flight crew, and support staff
Skills & Qualifications
- FAA A&P certification required.
- 5+ years of maintenance experience, including at least 3 years AOG/unscheduled event exposure.
- Experience with corporate & business jet airframes (e.g., Gulfstream, Bombardier, Citation, Hawkers, Beech Jet, Falcons).
- Strong diagnostic ability, manual dexterity, and familiarity with hand/electronic tools
- Able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and travel
- Valid driver’s license and passport; clean DMV record and ability to pass background check
