Job Title: A&P Technician
Job DescriptionThe A&P Technician position is dedicated to the Global Jet program at the Tucson Business Aircraft Service Center. The primary role involves conducting routine inspections, repairs, and modifications on customer aircraft while ensuring all tasks are completed and documented as per manufacturers manuals and other FAA-approved data.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, repairs, and modifications on customer aircraft.
- Complete inspections as required by maintenance programs and inspection packages.
- Troubleshoot aircraft systems and perform system functional tests.
- Understand and interpret aircraft prints and manuals.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies.
- Advise supervisor or lead on job status regularly.
- Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping habits in the work area.
- Perform only authorized work and promote safety at all times.
Essential Skills- A&P license is required.
- At least 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificates are necessary.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with business aircraft is desired but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Global or related product aircraft.

Work Environment
The work environment is located at a temperature-controlled facility on the south side of Tucson International Airport. Employees are expected to work swing shifts as most maintenance is conducted at night. The initial week of employment involves participating in an orientation class.

This is a Contract position based out of Tucson, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $57.00/hr.
