Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on TBM and Kodiak aircraft.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.

• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and manufacturer maintenance manuals.

• Accurately complete all required documentation and maintenance records.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Use proper tooling and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering parts as necessary.

• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with aircraft systems, procedures, and FAA regulations.

Qualifications: 

• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required.
• High school diploma or GED required: technical or aviation school preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• Experience working on Kodiak and TBM aircraft is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of FAA regulations and general aviation maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, blueprints, and schematics.
• Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and operate tools and machinery safely.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

​Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $27.00 – $48.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates (terms apply).
