Job Title: A&P MechanicJob DescriptionAs an A&P Mechanic, you will work on CRJ 700 & 900 aircraft, focusing on heavy maintenance (C and D checks) and interior modifications to optimize seating arrangements. This long-term role involves performing necessary modifications while aircraft are in the hangar for heavy checks, ensuring all maintenance is conducted in-house without third-party subcontracting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct heavy maintenance (C and D checks) on CRJ and ERJ aircraft.
- Perform interior modifications on CRJ 700 to adjust seating configurations.
- Troubleshoot engine issues and perform component changes, including blade swaps and fuel control adjustments.
- Carry out necessary modifications as required during heavy checks.
- Utilize blueprints and drawings via tablets effectively.
Essential Skills- Possess an A&P license.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an A&P Mechanic.
- Experience with CRJ or ERJ aircraft preferred, but any airframe experience is acceptable.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in aircraft maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Part 121 experience or MRO experience is preferred.
- Ability to work with tablets to read blueprints and drawings.
Work Environment- Work in a non-climate-controlled hangar or perform line maintenance as needed.
- Be prepared to work any day or shift, with voluntary and unlimited overtime available, considering safety and quality.
- The schedule offers flexibility with options such as 4x10s or 3x12s shifts.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
