A Day in the Life:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews. Your organizational skills will shine as you ensure smooth communication and logistics.
Step into the world of volume hiring events. With your guidance, candidates will navigate the process seamlessly, from document uploads to Workday profiles to essential administrative support.
Gear up for career fairs! Represent our company with pride and passion as you showcase why were the employer of choice in the industry.
Engage in lively discussions with your team members to brainstorm and implement improvements to our recruitment processes. Your fresh perspective and innovative ideas will be welcomed with open arms.
Take charge of maintaining our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and efficiency every step of the way.

Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology) or a recent graduate.
