About the Role
Morson are recruiting on behalf of Safran Actuation Systems for a Finance Business Partner to join their Banbury site.
Reporting into the Financial Controller, this is a key role within a 30m+ advanced composites manufacturing business. You will act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, delivering clear financial insight to support decision-making, drive performance, and promote a cost-conscious, continuous improvement culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end reporting with clear analysis against forecast and budget
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and longer-term financial plans
- Partner with site leadership to provide commercial insight and challenge
- Support business cases and capital investment decisions
- Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance
- Drive continuous improvement across finance and the wider business
- Build effective stakeholder relationships and support decision-making
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong business partnering experience, ideally within manufacturing or engineering
- Commercially focused with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Confident communicator with strong analytical capability
