Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description:

Clearance Required

Pay Range: $42-50

6 month contract

As the Quality Engineer you will be responsible for developing and reviewing quality standards, methods, and procedures, and for partnering with design and production teams to deliver flawless products.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Review documentation related to internal and external manufacturing processes.
-Analyze and resolve process issues, driving corrective actions.
-Lead program corrective action meetings and participate in Material Review Boards and Failure Review Boards.
-Perform assessments and audits to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
-Interface with customers, suppliers, and program personnel on quality related issues while applying lean initiatives for continuous improvement.
-Support nonconformance reduction efforts.

Basic Requirements:
1) Minimum of Interim Clearance Required to start (ONLY candidates with interim or secret clearance at submittal will be sent to Hiring Manager for review)
2) STEM Bachelors degree required
3) Ability to work independently and as a team player.
4) Understanding of Material Review Board, Interacting with customers/Stakeholders, review documentation.
