Position Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to play a crucial role in enhancing our endpoint management capabilities. As part of the Workplace Technology team, you’ll deliver and support endpoint solutions that drives the JetBlue experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile endpoint management, with a focus on managing iOS, macOS, and Android devices. The Endpoint Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing endpoint computing solutions to ensure the efficiency and security of JetBlue’s IT infrastructure.
Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain and support JetBlue’s endpoint computing management to ensure the highest availability while reducing the impact of incidents.
- Provide guidance and expertise as a subject matter expert to implement and manage mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) policies using Omnissa Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune to secure and streamline device and application usage across the organization.
- Design and support the macOS image configuration based on company standards to enable the delivery of crewmember productivity toolsets on Apple Mac hardware.
- Implement and manage Omnissa Workspace ONE for application deployment and configuration, device configuration and compliance, and ensure seamless integration with endpoint solutions.
- Manage and maintain endpoint security policies and configurations.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, documentation, and reporting on endpoint inventory, health, performance, security, and usage.
- Understand, troubleshoot, and resolve complex operational issues impacting user productivity and design proactive resolutions to address and prevent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure endpoint solutions align with business objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in endpoint management.
