Responsible for new product design, project management, field application, production problem solving, localization qualification; support manufacturing process improvement of pneumatic products in automation.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibility / 工作职责：
Design and develop pneumatic products and integrated system by selecting proper materials and structures.
Be responsible to set up bill of material and ensure its accuracy in engineering database system.
Ever experienced with Pneumatic products international and China standards and be able to set up the test plan.
Support on fabrication processes, tooling and production capabilities, assembly methods and quality control standards. And be able to audit suppliers as well as requested.
Responsible for tests, facilitate implementation and updating operational process flow, supporting objectives of productivity, cost and quality improvement.
Innovative ideas and design are great helpful for new design.
Sustain/trouble shooting the product after launched into mass production for efficiency and quality improvement.
Be responsible for continuously value-added engineering.
Following company’s procedure and project management process to deliver robust design and contribution.
Implement the VAVE and NPD programs, provide effective coaching to work-related engineers and help them resolve problems of effective solutions.
Other related tasks as assigned by supervisor or department.
Qualifications
Qualification/ 任职资格：
BS Degree in industrial or mechanical engineering or equivalent degree.
Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience, practical product for mechanical design and theoretical calculation experience is plus.
Ex-working experience in Pneumatic industry or applications will be good reference.
2D and 3D design software (Inventor, AUTOCAD etc.)
Good command of English in writing.
Positive attitude, hardworking, teamwork and strong communication skills.
Have good ability to researches, analyzes, designs, and tests component parts of pneumatic.
