Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Courseware SME position providing knowledge and material for C-130H aircrew training production.
- Designs and develops courses for flight crew including subjects such as aircraft systems, operational and emergency procedures, troubleshooting, navigation, radio operation, cargo and, airdrop procedures, and other policies and procedures.
- Reviews lesson materials to ensure technical accuracy, standards, compliance and effective presentation.
- Provide training, orientation and assistance to newly hired personnel as required.
- Additional duties and related responsibilities will be assigned as required.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Must have previous C-130H aircrew experience.
- Only qualified applicants with specific C-130H aircrew experience will be considered.
- Working computer knowledge utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to effectively work and communicate with Instructional System Design (ISD), Instructor and customer team members.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
- Previous flight/Aircrew Training Device (ATD) Instructor experience.
- Currency in C-130H aircraft within previous 6 years and minimum of 500 hours total time in U.S. Military aircraft.
- Experience in courseware development using a Learning Content Management System (LCMS) and a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Working knowledge of all appropriate current MAJCOM regulations.
Security Responsibilities
Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper spaning and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
