Join a growing team of aviation professionals at Cincinnati’s premier jet maintenance and avionics shop. We’re currently seeking an experienced Avionics Installer to support our expanding operations based at Lunken Airport (KLUK).

About Us:

We specialize in the installation and maintenance of advanced avionics systems, primarily working with Garmin and Collins equipment. Our typical projects involve upgrading Cessna Citation jets with systems like Garmin G600s, GI 275s, GTN 750s, and integrating autopilot systems.

The Role:

As an Avionics Installer, you’ll be hands-on with avionics retrofits, panel wiring, system integration, and troubleshooting. You'll play a key role in delivering clean, professional installs that meet FAA regulations and exceed customer expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform avionics installations and upgrades in turbine aircraft, primarily Cessna Citations
• Wire and integrate Garmin and Collins systems, including G600 TXi, GI 275, GTN 750, autopilots, and more
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and avionics issues
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, maintenance manuals, and STCs
• Work closely with a skilled team of technicians and inspectors to deliver high-quality work on schedule

• 2+ years of experience installing avionics in turbine or high-performance piston aircraft
• Strong knowledge of Garmin and/or Collins systems and integration
• Familiarity with FAA documentation, 337s, and STC installation procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and wiring quality
• A&P or FAA Repairman Certificate is a plus, but not required
