Job Description:

Tasks

As the Training and Quality Specialist, you will take on a diverse set of responsibilities, such as:

  • To coordinate, schedule, and perform orientation, initial and recurrent trainings
  • Maintain and support with all personal data and training records in MINT, success factors or any other learning management system application
  • Apply and upload external trainings
  • Develop training programs and courses
  • Assist, create and monitor upcoming tasks with the QA department
  • Prepare and participate in internal and external audits
  • Duties for Document Control
  • Perform duties as assigned by Quality Manager

 

* All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years in Aviation/Quality/Training or related required
  • Fluency in English language required
  • German and other language desirable
  • MS Office and Success Factors as user
