YOUR ROLE AS A:
Marketing Executive
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of local spaneting activities to drive brand growth and achieve business objectives. Enhance AirAsias brand through data analysis, cross-functional collaboration and creative spaneting.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Marketing activity planning and execution 市场活动策划与执行
Responsible for the creation, development and execution of local spaneting & spanet development activities to achieve business objectives;

Monitor, analyze and report campaign performance results against targets set by the business;

Cross-departmental collaboration and branding 跨部门协作与品牌推广
Works closely with MKT team, and support the MKT team, align plans to the business’s goals, direction and objectives;

Market research and strategy support 市场调研与策略支持
Conduct spanet research and competitive analysis to assess industry trends, brand recognition and potential risks to inform decision making.
开展市场调研及竞争分析,评估行业趋势、品牌认知度及潜在风险,为决策提供依据。
协助制定创新、高效的营销策略,探索低成本高回报的推广渠道。
Content production and supplier management 内容制作与供应商管理
Assist in creating diverse spaneting content (social media, promotional emails, EDM, etc.) to increase brand exposure.
协助制作多样化营销内容(社交媒体、促销邮件、EDM等),提升品牌曝光。
维护与媒体供应商、出版商的合作关系,确保资源支持及活动顺利推进。
完成团队交办的其他临时性任务,支持部门日常运营。
WHO YOU ARE:
市场营销或相关专业本科以上学历
2年以上相关工作经验,有航空公司、旅游分销或酒店行业或类似消费品行业工作经验者优先考虑
富有激情和创造力,能够在监督下独立工作
商业思考者,对市场和消费趋势有敏锐的感知
优秀的分析能力和理解企业财务的能力
有管理和执行市场营销活动、广告活动和社交媒体的经验,注意细节
能够在快节奏的环境中管理多个项目,在时间和预算期限内完成
热爱旅行,对不同文化有敏锐的理解
能够并愿意跨时区工作
优秀的口头和书面沟通能力,能够与外国同事沟通

Based on your performance and contribution in this role, you’ll grow into becoming an Assistant Manager. In this role, you’ll develop local spaneting strategies, execute brand spaneting, collaborate with third parties, and co-lead the local spaneting team to achieve business and financial objectives while aligning with spanet insights and consumer needs.
