- Driving budgeting, planning and forecasting processes
- Performing financial variance analysis
- Monitoring cash flow, capital measures and equity
- Delivering data insights and reports using BI tools
- Managing projects and supporting process improvements
- Handling communication with internal clients independently

Requirements
- Min. 3 years of experience in controlling/reporting
- Degree in economics, finance, statistics, or IT
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, analysis, visualization)
- Very good English
- Knowledge of SAP CO/BW/S4 or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, SAC) is a plus
- Analytical mindset, precision, independence
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Availability for business travel
