About the role:
About the role:
As a Document Specialist, you will take responsibility for the quality control and organisation of incoming and outgoing documents. Other duties will include, processing timely and accurate incoming post, verifying, and sorting, incoming invoices as well as scanning, archiving, and validating invoices according to procedures and providing high-quality internal customer service.
What are your responsibilities?
Verifying and entering documents into the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) system.
Maintaining high quality of validated data by checking document accuracy and completeness.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth information and document flow.
Developing and updating procedures related to document validation and circulation.
Working with the IT department to maintain the OCR system and resolve technical issues.
What makes you a good fit for this role?
- Secondary or higher education
- Knowledge of English (minimum B1)
